Returns

Our return and withdrawal policies follow Swedish and E.U. law and apply only to standard products. To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Used or damaged items cannot be returned. Our policy is valid for 30 days; after this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. All customized products are exempt from returns unless the issue is due to poor quality or failure to meet the promises made.

Refunds 
After we get and check your return, we will email you to confirm we received the item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be added to your credit card or original payment method in a few days. If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to appear. After that, reach out to your bank since processing can take a while. If you still haven't received the refund, please use our contact page or email order@lofmarkdesignstudio.com and remember to include your order information. Only regular-priced items can be refunded; sale items cannot.

Exchanges 
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at info@lofmarkdesignstudio.com. After we approve the exchange, you can return the product.

Exemptions from returns and withdrawals

Returns or withdrawals of purchases are limited by Swedish and E.U. consumer laws. Custom made items, such as items with stamped initials or altered by the customer, are not eligible for return. However, if a returned item is deemed resellable by Löfmark Design Studio, it may be accepted. Decisions on exceptions are made solely by Löfmark Design Studio.

You must pay for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, return shipping costs will be taken out of it. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary by location. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, so please use a trackable shipping service.
